Working on Ebay and PayPal. Made some cosmetic changes and rewrote some of the text.
We have had a number of very positive comments on this site, particularly that it is informative, educational. So, if you have questions, send them and we will try to provide answers.

01 August: PayPal is now set up so that customers can make purchases and even loan payments from any location. Will be up and running in a few days.

As you can see, the entire site has been re-designed. The idea is to make it uncluttered, unlike many sites that are 'busy' with dozens of small text boxes and graphics and whatever else to sort through. New navigation bars make it easy to find what you are looking for, and if you haven't tried it yet, please have a look at the Tree Menu, which lays out a brief contents of the entire site in one place.

A link has been provided to Ebay, where many of our available items are advertised. (But, of course, you can buy direct from Pacific if you choose.)

Having examined the log files, I find many requests for information, and I will begin providing specific answers to these queries. One of the most frequent is about Rolex watches. How can I tell a real Rolex from a fake? What is the 'secret' with the serial numbers? So, I have created a new screen for just this purpose, building it around a personal experience I recently had.

Other questions have been on jewelry, particularly on telling real diamonds and other gemstones from imitations. This is partly answered in the Jewelry Tips screen, but I will - with some help from Michael, the owner of Pacific Loan, rewrite this screen. Hopefully it will be easier to understand.
