Bargains Galore! For Sale at Pacific Loan This screen is about some of the things you might find on sale at Pacific Loan at any given time. We will make updates on a regular basis, but please understand that the items listed here are subject to prior sale.

Jewelry
Jewelry is something of a staple item at pawn shops, and Pacific Loan is no exception. We have hundreds of watches, gold chains, bracelets, brooches, bangles, pins, necklaces, and rings. Some of them have precious and semi-precious stones. Diamonds, rubies, saphires, emeralds... Stop by, and see for yourself.

Photography Equipment
There are always lots of cameras at Pacific. They range from low cost Pentax for under $100.00 to high end Minolta, Canon and Nikon. We also have lenses- wide angle, normal, and telephoto, filters, tripods, gadget bags and sometimes an enlarger or two.

Musical Instruments
Pacific Loan has a variety of musical instruments. The last time I was there, I saw about 4 dozen guitars, acoustic and electric, including an original coveted Gretch Chet Atkins. Three pickups and Bigsby Bar! If you know guitars, then you know what a treasure that is! Now and then, you might find a Les Paul or Guild Starfire, or a Goya, and there are usually a few Fenders hanging on the wall, just waiting for someone like you to take them home.
Guitars range in price from about $75 to several thousand dollars.

There were a few violins, several clarinets and flutes, and rumor has it that there is an accordion in the basement storage area. You might find a trombone or sax, one or more complete drum sets (snare, bass, toms, Zildjian cymbals) as well as conga and even bongo drums. Remember them? There are usually a keyboard or two and mixers and amplifiers.

home electronics
Like everything else, they come and they go, but there are always several on sale. Some inexpensive, some high end, including, now and then the rare Macintosh tube type amplifier. If you have never experienced Macintosh, you are in for a pleasant surprise- the sound quality is beyond description.
Other brands you might find are JVC, Fisher, Pioneer, Sony, Kenwood, Marantz, Kliptch, and etc. We have complete setups and also receivers, tuners, amplifiers, turntables, tape decks, boom boxes and speaker sets. Ever wish you had a pair of Wharfdales?
   Television sets, being one of the more popular items, there is always a good selection to choose from.  Small portables, big screen, giant screen. Basic models to stereo and cable ready. Color, mostly, but some B&W. Also a lot of VCR's of many brands. I  recently bought a 20" Sony TV and Magnavox 4 head VCR for $400.00. Pigged out on videos for a few weeks and then sold them to a neighbor for what I paid.

time pieces
Not just 'watches'- Rolex, Omega and other fine brands. And yes, we have some moderately priced watches, too.

Office Equipment
Some of the items we frequently have on sale are computers, laser printers, fax machines, binding machines, answering machines, postage scales... Last time  there, they had several Mac's and a Hewlett Packard plain paper fax machine still in the original factory carton. For about half of what it cost new. Hard to beat a deal like that!

Scanners & Two Way Radios
We have a number of scanners on display in the front window, including hand held and base types. Realistic, Uniden Bearcat, and other brands. Also some two way radios- ham and citizens band, and shortwave receivers.
 

leathers and furs
We always have at least a few leather items, many with brand names you would recognize. From Motorcycle and Bomber jackets to dress coats, fur pieces...

Tools
Anything from a roll-away Craftsman or Kennedy toolbox full of hundreds of items, to small socket sets, to miscellaneous hand tools. Also, machinists tools such as: Squares, Indicators, Jo Blocks, Micrometers, Vernier calipers, Plug guages, etc.
We usually have a selection of power drills, from the 'home workshop' type to 1/2 inch Thor industrial models, sanders, routers, compressors for spray painting. We  even have a plastic sign engraving machine complete with letter templates.

 In addition to the items on the other pages, we sometimes have mixers that are used in recording studios, bio-feedback monitors, rare coins, stamp collections, various antiques (except furniture for which we do not have storage space) old Cavalry and Samuri swords, posters from rock concerts of the past, and whatever else. Again, you never know what you might find at Pacific Loan, so stop in and see for yourself.
